Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in:
• Permanent ban from Zentrix Network
• Removal of all purchased items
• Possible blacklist from future purchases
If you have an issue, please contact us through our Discord before filing a dispute.
4. Delivery of Items
Purchased items are usually delivered automatically in-game.
If your items are not received within a reasonable time, please contact support on our Discord server.
5. Server Changes
Zentrix Network reserves the right to:
• Modify server features
• Balance gameplay systems
• Change or remove perks
These adjustments may occur at any time to maintain a balanced experience.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft account.
Zentrix Network is not responsible for lost items or purchases caused by account sharing, hacking, or unauthorized access.
7. Rule Violations
Breaking server rules may result in punishments including mute, temporary ban, or permanent ban.
Punishments will not result in refunds.
